Marston Row Group collects a limited amount of website and inquiry information to understand how people find the firm, improve commercial follow-up, and respond to requests.
What the website records
The site may record anonymous visitor and session identifiers, page paths, referral source, campaign parameters, selected navigation or contact actions, and coarse device information such as screen width.
Marston does not use the website-intent layer to infer that an anonymous visitor is a particular person. Campaign or account keys are attribution hints, not identity proof.
Information you submit
If you submit a Quality of Earnings or insurance inquiry, Marston receives the information you provide, including your name, email address, organization, timing, the business problem described in the form, and optional commercial context such as situation type, transaction-size band, financing or capital condition, current provider path, and how you heard about Marston.
That information is used to review and respond to the inquiry, determine whether Marston is an appropriate route, maintain an internal record of the commercial conversation, and measure which situations, channels, and referral paths produce qualified work.
Commercial attribution
Links used in referrals or direct outreach may contain campaign, referrer, account, or treatment keys. Those keys are used to measure which commercial paths produce qualified conversations and outcomes. They should not contain confidential information or personal names.
How the data is handled
Website events and inquiry submissions are stored in Marston's internal data environment. Behavioral events remain separate from canonical commercial opportunities unless they are reviewed and deliberately connected to a commercial record.
Marston does not sell website or inquiry data to advertisers.
Retention and requests
Records are retained for as long as reasonably useful for the inquiry, relationship, legal or compliance requirements, and commercial measurement. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted through the site, email connor@marstonrow.com.
Third-party infrastructure
The site uses service providers for hosting, analytics, and data infrastructure. Those systems may process technical information required to provide their services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their processing.
